Ningmeng (plural: Ningmengs) is the fandom name of NINGNING. It means lemon in Chinese (柠檬, pinyin: níngméng). The name originated way back pre-debut when NINGNING participated in Let's Sing Kids 3 in 2015. She referred to her supporters as 柠檬, and fans after her debut in aespa continued using it romanized. In 2021, when a fan asked what her fandom name should be, she answered lemon, confirming the fandom's name.
